If you are struggling with opioid or alcohol use, we can provide safe and clinically proven medications like buprenorphine (Suboxone) and naltrexone (Vivitrol) in conjunction with other supports to help you reduce your use of substances or sustain long-term recovery.

Make an appointment by calling (202) 253-1150. After intake, you will meet a provider for an assessment and review treatment options. Then you will meet with a care coordinator for ongoing support and connection to internal and external resources at Mary’s Center.
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. If you don’t have health insurance, we’ll help you apply for public benefits or provide care at a discount.
