Warren Binderman steps into his new role as Mary Center’s Chief Financial Officer with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the financial reporting and business and operational consulting landscape. With a career that commenced at Arthur Andersen, he then worked at KPMG. Warren’s multifaceted journey has seen him play pivotal roles, including CFO at a healthcare group consisting of physician practices, hospitals, and a large reference laboratory. He has also served as the CEO at a publicly traded company and CFO for two other publicly traded entities, honing his skills in finance, operations and critical decision-making processes. His expertise extends to comprehensive involvement in financial reporting, operations, and various compliance matters. Beyond his financial acumen, Warren served as CFO for an oil services company in the “first-mile” transportation sector, and as an audit partner for a national CPA firm, where he conducted US GAAS and PCAOB audits and provided essential due diligence for various financial transactions. His adeptness in post-acquisition integration on diverse deals, spanning hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and strategic ventures, underscores his strategic prowess and ability to navigate complex business landscapes.

As he takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer, Warren brings a wealth of expertise that promises to drive Mary’s Center’s success to new heights.

In this role, Warren assumes a pivotal position as a senior executive within the organization, poised to spearhead transformative initiatives and lend his invaluable insights to meet the dynamic needs of Mary’s Center, and its Finance Department. His strategic vision and hands-on experience uniquely positions him to contribute to Mary Center’s growth. Warren is committed to fostering timely and intelligent service to the organization, ensuring that Mary’s Center remains at the forefront of healthcare finance trends. With a focus on promoting excellence, he will play a key role in shaping the Finance Department, being closely involved in its accounting, financial reporting, and grants compliance and management.

In his spare time, Warren spends quality time with his wife, Mindy, and their three children, Josh (25), Rachel (20) and Mollie (19). He also enjoys playing with his two mini Golden-doodles, Barney and Lucy, as well as attempting golf and tennis.
