I am a newly graduated and licensed clinician, completing my graduate program in December 2023. I have a passion for improving mental healthcare accessibility for all people, especially advocating for those a part of marginalized communities. I have adopted an integrative trauma-informed therapeutic approach when working with clients. I enjoy getting to know the whole person through the use of humanistic, experiential, expressive, and emotions-focused techniques. I have a specialized history of working with individuals with eating disorders. Outside of my clinical life, I enjoy exercise, cooking Italian food, spending time with loved ones, drawing, and obsessing over cats!
