Alison Roca brings nearly two decades of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, and nonprofit finance leadership to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Mary’s Center. She oversees all financial and information technology operations, including accounting, grants management, and strategic financial planning—ensuring transparency, sustainability, and stewardship of resources that advance the organization’s mission. Throughout her career, Alison has advanced through successive leadership roles across healthcare, education, and global nonprofit organizations. Since joining Mary’s Center, she has strengthened financial reporting integrity, enhanced audit and grants compliance, and driven operational efficiency to support long-term stability. Before joining Mary’s Center, Alison held senior leadership positions at Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Sibley Memorial Hospital, where she managed a $504 million operating budget, and helped establish the financial infrastructure for a new educational institution. She has also advised global nonprofits, including Breakthrough Energy and FINCA International, on strengthening internal controls and compliance.
