XII. You grant a license to Mary’s Center for all submissions

በዚህ ፖሊሲ ከተጠቀሰው ውጭ የግል መረጃዎን ለሦስተኛ ቡድኖች አናካፍልም። የግል መረጃ አንሸጥም፣ እንዲሁም የግል መረጃ ለመሸጥ ወይም ለማስታወቂያ ምክንያቶች ለማንኛውም ሦስተኛ ቡድን አናካፍልም።

አልፎ አልፎ፣ የሜሪ ማዕከል ተወካይ መረጃዎችን በኢሜይል ይልክልዎት ይሆናል። በተጨማሪም፣ የሜሪ ማዕከል በየጊዜው ዜናዎችን እና ማስታወቂያዎችን በኢሜይል ሊያሰራጭ ይችላል። የኢሜይል ዝርዝራችንን አንሸጥም፣ አንለዋወጥም ወይም ለሌሎች አናስተላልፍም። ኢሜይልዎን በእኛ ድረ ገጽ ለመጠቀም በተወሰነው ዘዴ ካስመዘግቡ ከተመዘገቡበት ከማንኛውም ዝርዝር ስምዎን ማስወገድ ይችላሉ። ኢሜይል አጠቃቀምዎን በተመለከተ፣ እንደሚከተለው እናስጠነቅቃለን፣
· በሥራ ቦታዎ ኢሜይል የሚቀበሉ ከሆነ፣ ቀጣሪዎ ኢሜይልዎን ኮፒ የማድረግ እና የማንበብ መብት አለው። በተመሳሳይ፣ የኢንተርኔት አገልግሎት ሰጭዎ ኮፒ የማድረግ እና የማንበብ መብት አለው።
· የኢሜይል አካውንትዎን ካጋሩ፣ ሌሎች ኢሜይልዎችዎን መመልከት ይችላሉ።
· በማሰራጫ ጊዜ ኢሜይልን መጥለፍ እና ማንበብ ይቻላል።
ደህንነት/ሚስጥራዊነት
የግል መረጃዎን መጠበቅ ለእኛ አስፈላጊ ነው። ማንኛውም በኢንተርኔት ወይም በሽቦ አልባ መስመር የሚላኩ መረጃዎች መቶ በመቶ (100%)የተጠበቁ አለመሆናቸውን መገንዘብ አለብዎት። ሆኖም፣ የምናከማቸው መረጃ ፈቃድ በሌላቸው ከመታየት፣ ከመሰረዝ፣ ከመጠቀም፣ ከማሻሻል፣ ወይም ከማስተላለፍ መጠነኛ የሆኑ በንግድ ተቀባይነት ያላቸው የጥበቃ ዘዴዎች እና ልምዶች እንጠቀማለን። ይህም፣ በድረ ገጻችን የሚቀርቡ መረጃዎችን ደህንነት፣ ሚስጥራዊነት እና ኃቀኝነት ለመጠበቅ በአካል ጥበቃ ዘዴዎች፣ የኤሊክትሮንክ ጥበቃ ዘዴዎች እና የአስተዳደር ዘዴዎችን ያካትታል። ሆኖም፣ በኮምፒተርዎ ወይም በእጅ ስልክዎ የሚያስተላልፉት መረጃ እንደኛ ኮምፒውተሮች ጥበቃ አይኖረውም።

የልጆች መረጃ
ድረ ገጹ ዕድሜያቸው አስራ ስምንት ዓመት (18) ወይም በላይ ለሆኑ ግለሰቦች እንዲጠቀሙበት የታቀደ ነው። ዕድሜዎ ቢያንስ 18 ዓመት ካልሆነ ይህንን ድረ ገጽ መጠቀም አይፈቀድልዎትም። ዕድሜያቸው ከአስራ ሦስት ዓመት(13) በታች የሆኑ ልጆችን የሚገልጽ መረጃ ባለማወቅ በድህረ ገጹላይ እንዳይቀርብየልጆች የኦንላይን ግላዊነትጥበቃ ድንጋጌን(“COPPA”) እንከተላለን። ስለዚህ ዕድሜው ከአስራ ሶሥት ዓመት (13)በታች የሆነ ልጅን የግል መረጃ እያወቅን በድህረ ገጹ እንዲያስገባ አንፈቅድም። ዕድሜው ከአስራ ሦስት ዓመት በታች የሆን ልጅ የግል መረጃ የተቀበልንከመሰለዎ እባክዎ ወዲያውኑ ይደውሉልን።
