Mary’s Center prenatal enrollment includes an initial meeting with a family support worker who will connect you to any of the following resources you need: 

• Care coordination before and after your delivery 
• Facilitated telemedicine or “the modern house call”
• Family support through the Home Visiting program
• Nurse support for first-time expecting parents through the Nurse-Family Partnership program
• Social Services
• Perinatal Mental Health
• WIC
