Nancy Ban, FACHE

Title: Chief Executive Officer

Nancy Ban, CEO of Mary’s Center, has extensive leadership experience in mission-driven hospitals and healthcare systems. Before joining Mary’ s Center, she was Chief Operating Officer of CommUnityCare Health Centers in Austin, overseeing 28 sites and initiatives to improve access, patient experience, and population health.  

Previously, she held executive roles at Central Maine Healthcare, managing system-wide operations and patient experience, and contributed to transformation projects at Centura Health in Colorado.  

Nancy is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds an MBA from George Washington University and a Master of Arts in Corporate and Public Communications from Seton Hall University.  

She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the DC Primary Care Association (DCPCA). She also holds ACHE Chapter Membership and is a member of the Connected Care Network (CCN). 

Outside work, Nancy enjoys outdoor activities with her husband Joe and their two children, supporting their soccer and dressage passions.
