Graham McLaughlin

Graham McLaughlin is the CEO of Kardia Consulting, a social impact consultancy that helps corporations and foundations expand their impact in alignment with organizational goals.
Prior to Kardia, Graham led corporate responsibility at two public healthcare companies, including most recently leading ESG and health equity at the country’s largest healthcare company and serving on its impact investment committee deploying over $400M in impact capital.
Graham has also served as an executive in residence at Zeal Capital Partners, a venture fund focused on inclusive investing, and chaired the board of 1863 Ventures, an accelerator and venture firm for Black-owned businesses. He is currently on the board of the Georgetown School of Health.
He has been published or profiled in publications such as Guardian Sustainable Business, Forbes, and National Journal; has advised multiple White House Administrations on reentry policy; and has spoken on Capitol Hill and at numerous conferences on social impact and impact investing.
Personally, Graham lived with returning citizens for over a decade, ran a business incubator for returning citizen founders that continues to have many alumni running successful enterprises, and currently stewards three transitional houses.
Graham graduated Summa Cum Laude from UNC-Chapel Hill with a dual degree in psychology and management.
