Originally aspiring to become a dentist, Eduardo is a public health social worker and healthcare leader whose career has been primarily dedicated to community health centers. He has also held roles within a hospital, a managed care organization, and a primary care association across multiple states. Through these experiences, he has partnered closely with healthcare stakeholders across the continuum of care, providing him with a unique understanding of the clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial forces that shape healthcare delivery. Drawing on concepts from economics, epidemiology, and ethics, he leads quality, compliance, and risk management initiatives that support high-quality care, strengthen community health, and improve the experiences of patients and care teams.
