Efficient: We work directly with your provider and insurance company to get prior authorization and address barriers so you can get your medication when needed. We are also an open-door pharmacy and will fill prescriptions from outside providers.

Affordable: Mary’s Center’s Pharmacy offers FREE 24/7 delivery requests through our automated system. We take most insurance plans and have access to programs that help you save money on prescriptions.

Comprehensive: We have a variety of common medications and a modest selection of over-the-counter meds, including cough and cold, first aid, vitamins, and digestive aids.

What are the benefits of using Mary’s Center Pharmacy as opposed to my local neighborhood pharmacy?

We are CONVENIENT – there is no need to stop at the pharmacy or wait for prescriptions to be filled after leaving the clinic.
We are PLUGGED IN – the on-site pharmacy works directly with care providers to address barriers to care, such as prior authorizations and insurance coverage, to prevent any delays in starting medications.

How do I refill my prescriptions?

How do I access my list of medications?

Begin by registering on the website to create an online account. Submit the information requested on the form and confirm the account using the link you will receive via email. After the account is confirmed and you have logged into the website, click the option to “Find My Prescriptions.” Be sure to have a recently filled prescription number handy. To be sure that the medication list is revealed to the patient and prevents fraudulent access, the website will require you to answer several questions to confirm your identity. The questions are knowledge-based and like those you may have answered for credit or loan applications. After the questions are answered and your identity is validated, the website will display the list of prescriptions from the patient profile in the pharmacy system.

What if I don’t have any refills on my prescriptions?

No problem! If you have no refills, please contact the Mary’s Center Pharmacy staff and we will contact your provider for you. We are in the same facility as your provider, and this enables us to communicate rapidly with them, affording a quick turnaround time for new refills. Please keep in mind that new refills take anywhere between 1-3 business days, depending on the day you request the refill and the provider’s schedule. We will also coordinate with your provider to obtain prior authorization from your insurance company should you need one.

I have a prescription from a provider who isn’t from Mary’s Center. Can I get that prescription filled at your pharmacy?

Si ya no le quedan más recetas, la farmacia se comunicará con su proveedor para obtener una nueva receta. El personal de nuestra farmacia trabajará con su plan de seguro y su proveedor de atención médica para completar los requisitos de PA.
