Taste of Adams Morgan! A culinary adventure in your backyard benefiting Mary's Center

Our favorite Adams Morgan restaurants have generously teamed up for Taste of Adams Morgan: a culinary adventure benefiting Mary’s Center!

Tuesday, May 21st, 4:30-8:00pm

Purchase 4 ($20) or 7 ($30) tasting tickets in advance at A Little Shop of Flowers and here or at A Little Shop of Flowers (2421 18th Street), Toro Mata (2410 18th Street), or Wise Owl Club (2010 18th Street) the night of the event.

Each ticket may be redeemed for one prix-fixe savory or sweet “taste” at participating restaurants.

You'll stroll through Adams Morgan enjoying some of the best dishes DC has to offer!

Need to see a doctor or a dentist after work or on Saturday? You can now have a medical appointment at Mary's Center until 6:30pm Tuesday-Saturday and until 10:00pm on Monday!

Learn about our experienced health care providers

Dr. Christian Cornejo serves Mary's Center participants in three capacities: he is a pediatrician, Interim Chief Medical Officer, and Director of our site on Georgia Avenue in the District. He attended medical school at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine in Chattanooga. Dr. Cornejo has been a member of the Mary's Center team since November 2009 and speaks English and Spanish. He enjoys mountain biking, traveling with his wife, and painting.

Mary’s Center, founded in 1988, is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides health care, family literacy and social services to individuals whose needs too often go unmet by the public and private systems. Mary’s Center uses a holistic, multipronged approach to help each participant access individualized services that set them on the path toward good health, stable families, and economic independence. The Center offers high-quality, professional care in a safe and trusting environment to residents from the entire DC metropolitan region, including individuals from over 110 countries.
