Cassidy Chait (they/them) is a bilingual mental health therapist. Cassidy is committed to anti-racism in both their interpersonal and communal work; they believe that comprehensive sex education and trauma-informed therapeutic social services have the power to dismantle systems of oppression. Cassidy also holds a Master of Education in human sexuality, working towards becoming a certified sex therapist. Cassidy received their bachelor’s degree in public health from George Washington University.

Prior to moving back to DC, Cassidy was living in Medellin, Colombia for the past five years, where they spent most of their time teaching English, advocating for the rights of sex workers, and riding their motorcycle. This was also where they became fluent in Spanish, only strengthening Cassidy’s commitment to cross-cultural communication and advocacy.
