Participants are encouraged to make appointments for medical services to avoid long waiting times. Appointments can be made by calling 202-483-8196 for our Ontario and Kennedy locations. To make an appointment at our Flower Avenue location in Montgomery County, Maryland, please call 240-485-3160. Although appointments are strongly encouraged, walk in appointments for Mary’s Center participants are also permitted.

PAYMENTS

Mary’s Center accepts various medical coverages. We offer an affordable sliding fee scale for individuals and families without insurance. The sliding fee scale is based on an individual’s income and family size. Contact us directly at for information on your specific plan.
