Mary's Center is expanding hours for your convenience

Mondays: 8:00 AM-10:00 PM
Tuesdays - Saturdays 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Effective:
January 22nd – dental services at our Georgia Avenue, DC location
April 1st – medical services at our Georgia Avenue, DC location 
July 1st – medical services at our Ontario Road, DC location 
August 1st – medical services at our Flower Avenue location in Silver Spring, MD

We accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
Please bring the following documents with you to your first appointment:

Make an Appointment

  • Picture ID
  • Insurance Card
  • If you do not have health insurance, you will be asked to pay on a sliding fee scale, which is based on your income and number of family members. Please bring the following documents with you:
    Proof of Address:     the bill from a utility company (gas, water, electricity, or cell phone) or a notarized letter from your landlord.
    Proof of Income:     Two recent pay stubs or a notarized letter from your employer. If you are not employed, you should bring proof of unemployment or a notarized letter from the person who supports you.
  • If you are coming to Mary’s Center to access prenatal care as a new patient, you should bring a photo ID and a proof of pregnancy (lab result). If you don't have one, we offer on-site testing. 
  • Documents required for pediatric care include an insurance card with Mary’s Center as the Primary Care Provider and a birth certificate.
